**Programs who pay 60 days in advance will have all crossover fees waived**
Cancellations submitted on or before 60 days prior to event will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations submitted after 60 days and before 21 days prior to event will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations submitted 20 days prior to event will not receive a refund.
